Who We're Looking For

Active wildland firefighters who are regularly out on assignments and connected across the contractor community.

  • Active / contract firefighters who mobilize often
  • Rostered with a major company or multiple companies
  • Spend real time around other crews and resources
  • Have (or will complete) a full TJM profile
  • Comfortable talking about the platform with others
  • Willing to post, comment, and engage inside TJM
  • Can create authentic photos, video, and writing
This isn't for someone who only wants free gear — it's for people who want to help grow the platform and represent the wildland fire community well.

Common Questions

No. It's completely free to apply, and if you're selected there is no cost to you. Gear, Firefighter Premium, referral cards, and your QR code are all provided at no charge.
Not at this time. This is a volunteer ambassador opportunity. Ambassadors receive Firefighter Premium, gear, referral tools, discounts, and possible future rewards or bonuses as the program grows.
Approximately 10 ambassadors will be selected for year one.
Yes. This program is intended for active wildland firefighters who regularly get out on assignments.
Yes. Applicants should have a complete TJM profile or be willing to complete one before selection.
No. A large following helps, but it is not required. TJM is more interested in active firefighters who are respected, connected, and willing to create authentic content.
Yes. Submitted content may be used for TJM marketing, social media, website content, newsletters, and promotional materials. TJM will credit or tag contributors whenever practical.
Yes. Ambassadors will receive a custom QR code and referral cards for tracking signups.
Not immediately. Referral dashboards and leaderboard features are planned for future program growth.
Yes. Ambassadors who perform well may be invited back as returning ambassadors.
Yes. TJM plans to grow into senior ambassador roles with larger rewards, prizes, partner gear, and expanded opportunities.
