3. Conflicts of Interest
The Journeyman does not accept payments or incentives from companies in exchange for preferential treatment in job listings, search results, or platform visibility. All companies are treated equally based on their subscription tier and platform activity.
4. Advertising & Sponsorships
Any sponsored content, advertisements, or paid partnerships will be clearly labeled as such. We will never disguise paid content as organic recommendations or editorial content.
5. User Safety
We take user safety seriously. We encourage reporting of any suspicious activity, harassment, or fraudulent job postings. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, including account suspension or removal.
6. Accessibility
We are committed to making The Journeyman accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We continuously work to improve our platform's accessibility and welcome feedback on how we can do better.
